Slight color variation between dye lots is a normal industry occurrence. However, we minimize this through strict dye lot control, batch matching, and pre-production color approval.Whenever possible, production for the same order is completed using the same dye lot to ensure consistency.
Any quality issues are evaluated case-by-case, and solutions may include repair, replacement, or compensation depending on the situation.
We follow international AQL inspection standards for bulk production.
We apply multi-stage quality control including fabric inspection, in-line inspection, semi-finished inspection, and final inspection before shipment.
Standard production lead time is 60–90 days depending on order quantity and complexity. In addition, the overall timeline may also be influenced by material availability, fabric or accessory lead times, and the speed of customer confirmation on grading samples and pre-production samples. Once all materials and approvals are confirmed, we can better define a more precise production schedule for each order.
