What the swim line produces

  • One-piece swimsuits — maillots, cut-out styles, plunge fronts and cross-back constructions
  • Tankinis and modest swimwear — tank tops with boy shorts, skirted bottoms and full-coverage styles
  • Beachwear and cover-ups — sarongs, kaftans, beach dresses, beach skirts and mesh cover-ups
  • Rash guards and swim shirts — short and long sleeve, UPF-rated fabrics on request
  • Lined and padded swim — removable pads, moulded cups, power mesh lining and tummy-control panels

Chlorine, salt and stretch

Swim fabric is judged after 40+ hours of chlorine exposure, not on the roll. Elastane content, fabric weight and lining are specified per style, and every swim order goes through a stretch-recovery and colourfastness check before cutting. Four-needle six-thread and flatlock seams are used on the stress points, with bartacks at strap joins. Prints are placed by panel so the pattern lands the same way on a size S and a size XL. Sizes run XS to 4XL, cup sizes A to K on cup-constructed styles.

How an order runs

  1. 1
Brief — send sketches, a tech pack, reference samples or product images. We quote and confirm MOQ per style.
  2. 2
Sampling — fitting sample, size-set samples, photo samples and PP samples in about 7 days. Salesman samples take 2–3 weeks.
  3. 3
Revision — samples are revised on your feedback until approved. Sampling and bulk production run on the same technical system, so the approved fit carries into production.
  4. 4
Bulk production — 60–90 days after materials and approvals are confirmed. Fabric and trim lead times are quoted up front.
  5. 5
Inspection — international AQL standard in-house, with third-party inspection supported on request.
  6. 6
Export — export documentation and shipping arranged; custom packaging and private-label trims handled before dispatch.

Compliance and certifications

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and BSCI. Certificates are supplied on request, and fabric test reports are available for the materials used in your order. Annual BSCI renewal is maintained.
