Which markets do you mainly serve?

Our products are exported to a wide range of international markets, with long-term clients across many European countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Russia, and more.We also work with customers in Australia and New Zealand, North and South America, as well as selected markets in the Middle East. Our broad export experience helps us better understand different market preferences, sizing systems, and compliance requirements.

Which trade shows do you attend?

We regularly participate in major industry trade shows, including the Canton Fair, subject to booth availability and application approval.Our upcoming exhibition schedule and booth information will be announced in advance on our website. We warmly welcome you to contact us and arrange a meeting in person during the show.

Do you support long-term cooperation?

Yes. We work with brands for long-term development, seasonal collections, and continuous product updates. 

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept TT and other mutually agreed payment terms.

What certifications do you have?

We hold several internationally recognized certifications, including ISO, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), and BSCI.These certifications reflect our commitment to quality management, product safety, sustainable practices, and social responsibility. Relevant certificates can be provided upon request.

Can you support third-party inspection?

Yes. Third-party inspections or client-appointed inspectors are supported.

Do you handle export documentation?

Yes. We provide full export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and required certificates.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide by sea, air, and express depending on client requirements.

Can you provide custom packaging?

Yes. We offer full packaging customization including hanger, boxes, hangtags, polybags, and other branding elements.

Why do prices vary between styles?

Pricing depends on fabric cost, construction complexity, order quantity, and customization requirements.

Do you accept small trial orders?

Yes. Small trial orders may be supported depending on product type and production structure.

What is your MOQ per style?

MOQ depends on fabric and design complexity, typically ranging from 1000 to 3000 pieces per style per color.

What is your policy on production changes after confirmation?

Any change after confirmation must be reviewed and may affect cost and lead time.

How do you avoid inconsistency between dye lots?

Slight color variation between dye lots is a normal industry occurrence. However, we minimize this through strict dye lot control, batch matching, and pre-production color approval.Whenever possible, production for the same order is completed using the same dye lot to ensure consistency.
