OEM and ODM lingerie manufacturing in one factory
Tianjie Lingerie Factory has produced lingerie for European and American brands since 1998. We run both OEM orders, where you send the design and we build it, and ODM orders, where you start from a style we already produce and change the fabric, colour and label. Both go through the same sampling room, the same 10 production lines and the same QC gates.

Product types we take on as OEM or ODM
If it is worn under or around the body and it is made of lace, mesh, elastic or woven fabric, we most likely already run it. These are the categories that make up most of our output.
Bra sets and single bras
Moulded cup, cut-and-sew, underwired, wire-free, padded, unlined, longline and bralette constructions, with matching briefs or thongs.
Panties and briefs
Lace, mesh, cotton and seamless bonding styles — bikini, hipster, high waist, control and laser-cut finishes.
Corsets and babydolls
Boned corsets, bustiers, babydolls and garter sets with lace, embroidery and ribbon detailing.
Swimwear and beachwear
Bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, tankinis, cover-ups and beachwear in swim fabric with lining and UV-stable dyeing.
Pajamas and homewear
Satin and modal pajama sets, robes, sleep shirts, shorts sets and homewear with piping and contrast trims.
Sports bras and bonding wear
Bonded seamless bras, sports bras and shaping underwear produced with glue lamination instead of stitching.
OEM or ODM — which one fits your order
Buyers often use the two words interchangeably. Operationally they are very different, and the difference decides your MOQ, your development cost and your lead time.
OEM — you own the design
You send a tech pack, a pattern or a reference sample. We make a counter sample, you approve it, we produce.
- Your patterns, your grading rules, your label
- Counter sample and fit sample before bulk
- Comments handled in the sampling round, not after bulk starts
- Best when you already sell this style and know the fit
ODM — you start from our block
You pick a style from our range and change fabric, colour, lace, trim and branding. Development is faster and cheaper.
- Hundreds of existing blocks to start from
- Fabric and lace can be swapped within the same construction
- Lower development cost, shorter sampling
- Best for a first collection or a fast test order
From enquiry to shipment in six steps
This is the sequence every OEM and ODM order follows. Nothing moves to the next step until you have signed off the previous one in writing.
Enquiry and cost sheet
You send style, fabric, quantity and target price. We reply with a cost breakdown and the MOQ for that style.
Sampling
Sampling takes 2–3 weeks. You receive a physical sample with the actual fabric and trims, not a rendering.
Revision and approval
We revise until you approve. Fit, colour and construction are locked at this point.
Bulk fabric and trims
Fabric, lace and elastic are booked against the approved sample and matched for dye lot before cutting.
Production and in-line QC
Bulk runs 60–90 days. In-line inspection starts at the first output, not at the end of the line.
Final inspection and shipping
AQL final inspection, then export documents, packing list and shipment by sea, air or express.
Size grading is where most OEM orders fail
A bra that fits in 34B but not in 40DD is a returned container. Our pattern team grades every style against EU, US, UK or your own size chart, and we run fit samples across the size range before bulk — including extended cup and band sizes.
We produce cup sizes from A to K and have specific experience in plus-size construction: reinforced underband, wider straps, stronger wire casing and comfort optimisation for larger sizes. If your market needs a size run your current supplier cannot hold, this is the part of the process we would want to discuss first.

Where your order is actually made
These are our own workshops in Dongguan, not a trading office. Cutting, sewing, bonding, moulding, QC and packing all happen in the same compound, which is why we can hold a 60–90 day bulk lead time without depending on outside subcontractors.

Certifications your buyer will ask for
We are audited and certified, and we hand over the paperwork with the goods. Social compliance, quality management, environmental management and product safety are covered before you place the first order — not promised after.
Send your tech pack or reference sample
Tell us the style, the fabric and the quantity you have in mind. We reply with a price range, a sampling schedule and the MOQ for that specific style — usually within one working day.
- Sampling in 2–3 weeks
- Bulk lead time 60–90 days
- MOQ 1,000–3,000 pcs per style per colour
