Wholesale lingerie straight from the production line
Buying wholesale from a factory instead of a wholesaler removes one margin and one layer of quality guesswork. We supply bulk lingerie, underwear, sleepwear and swimwear to distributors, chain retailers and online sellers, at MOQ 1,000–3,000 pieces per style per colour, with volume pricing that steps down as the order grows.
- Factory price, no middle layer — you are buying from the plant that sews it
- 2 million pieces a year of capacity behind every bulk order
- Consistent repeat supply: same pattern, same fabric spec, same dye lot control

What distributors order most
These categories move in volume. Each can be supplied as a single style in multiple colours, or as a mixed assortment across sizes.
Bra sets by the carton
Matched bra and brief sets in lace, embroidery and moulded cup constructions, packed by size ratio.
Panties in multi-packs
Cotton, lace and seamless briefs, single or multi-pack, with size stickers and retail-ready packing.
Sleepwear programs
Satin and modal pajama sets and robes, seasonal colour cards, replenished on a fixed schedule.
Swimwear seasons
Bikinis and one-pieces produced ahead of the northern and southern hemisphere seasons.
Mixed containers
Several styles combined into one shipment to reach container volume, packed and marked per SKU.
Volume pricing
Unit price steps down by quantity tier. The cost sheet shows the break points before you commit.
How bulk orders are usually built
There is no single right structure. What matters is agreeing the size ratio and the colour split before fabric is booked, because that is what fixes the price.
Single style, deep quantity
One construction, several colours, full size run. Lowest unit cost, longest production run.
- Best unit price
- Colour split agreed up front
- Ideal for a proven seller
- 60–90 day bulk lead time
Assorted styles, shallower quantity
Several styles in smaller runs to fill a container or test a collection.
- Higher unit cost per style
- Minimum 1,000 pcs per style per colour
- Good for a first season
- Packing per SKU
How a wholesale order is scheduled
Quantity and ratio
You confirm styles, colours and the size ratio. This is the single biggest factor in unit price.
Cost sheet
We issue a cost breakdown with quantity break points so you can see where the price steps down.
Pre-production sample
One approved sample per style before bulk. Nothing is cut until it is signed off.
Fabric booking
Fabric and trims are booked against the approved sample, with dye lot matched across the whole order.
Production
Bulk runs 60–90 days. In-line QC starts with the first output so defects are caught early.
Inspection and shipment
AQL final inspection, photos, then sea, air or express according to your schedule.
Payment and shipping terms
We work on TT and other mutually agreed terms. Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage, and we issue the full export document set — invoice, packing list and required certificates — in your company name.
Shipment goes by sea, air or express depending on urgency. For repeat wholesale programs we agree a rolling schedule so the next production slot is reserved before the previous container lands.

Where your order is actually made
These are our own workshops in Dongguan, not a trading office. Cutting, sewing, bonding, moulding, QC and packing all happen in the same compound, which is why we can hold a 60–90 day bulk lead time without depending on outside subcontractors.

Certifications your buyer will ask for
We are audited and certified, and we hand over the paperwork with the goods. Social compliance, quality management, environmental management and product safety are covered before you place the first order — not promised after.
Send your tech pack or reference sample
Tell us the style, the fabric and the quantity you have in mind. We reply with a price range, a sampling schedule and the MOQ for that specific style — usually within one working day.
- Sampling in 2–3 weeks
- Bulk lead time 60–90 days
- MOQ 1,000–3,000 pcs per style per colour
